Is your tea organic or non-GMO?
We use sustainable organic practices here at Kabaki, and our tea is not genetically modified.
How many calories does your tea contain?
Our tea ranges from 90-110 calories depending on the flavor.
How can I get in touch with customer service?
Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-4:30pm EST
Emails help us locate your order and view previous correspondence. It is always best to include the name of which your order was placed under and the order # to help us locate your order faster.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to get back to you so that we can service you as best as we can.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please note that we only accept unopened products and shipping is at your own expense.
Do you ship overseas?
No, unfortunately, we only ship within the continental US. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
What are my payment options?
We accept the four major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as Amazon Pay.

How can I cancel my account?
We hope that everyone is satisfied with their account at Kabaki, but we understand the hassles of managing accounts and hope that you come back to us soon. You may contact us via email at email@example.com with the full name and email address that the account is associated with so that we can cancel it for you.

We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes we do! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly options so feel free to choose the frequency that fits you and will make sure that you never run out of Kabaki Tea! You will be billed automatically so feel free to reach out to us if you need to change your subscription.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for shipping and FBA primarily uses UPS as their carrier, but there may be exceptions to this based on delivery method and date.
